ANZAC Day

This morning up bright and early in time for Christine to open up the Civic centre hall to arrange chairs for the officials in front of the Council Chambers Ceremony started at 6.00am on a very calm and mild dawn. One lone rife volley was fired followed by a fly over from an Army helicopter. Just watching the service on TV at Wellington War Memorial, the site of the unknown warrior. This afternoon went down to Mum's then we went up to visit the Returned Services section of the cemetery with Tim and John. We have just come in from attending a Fiddlers Concert at the Expressions theatre

Viewing our Auctions

Lucy had a great birthday yesterday and we were able to talk to her through skype. Had a busy day de-thatching the lawns at both Royal St and Elizabeth Ave. Ollie assisted in this operation. Called into Dave's workshop and borrowed a ute so i could transport the scarfyer from Tinsley's in Montgomery Ave. Viewing our goods on the TRADEME site over the next few daysbecomes an interesting activity . Christine preparing items to put on TRADEME Phillip is at present on a tour from London to Turkey to commemorate ANZAC Day at ANZAC Cove in Gallipoli.
